Situated within Lymington’s Conservation Area, this prominent property underwent a complete architectural transformation. Our clients wished to replace the disjointed appearance of the original 1960s red-brick façade with a more cohesive and elegant design. The refurbishment introduces a bold palette of contrasting materials, complemented by carefully considered traditional detailing. An additional story was sensitively incorporated, creating valuable new accommodation and capturing beautiful views across the Lymington River.
