Set within a generous plot, this neglected property was reimagined through a programme of extension, reconfiguration and external remodeling. The original brickwork was concealed beneath cement weatherboard cladding, giving the house a distinctive New England-inspired character. Internally, the layout was transformed to create bright, open-plan living spaces, anchored by a feature exposed brick wall that provides warmth, texture and a strong focal point within the home.
